Our team manages approximately 110,000 square feet of high-end residential space across all phases, from design and engineering to active construction. Absolutely. We specialize in full-service custom building. Unlike semi-custom builders who limit you to a set of pre-selected options, we empower you to modify any existing floor plan or design a new one from scratch. From structural changes to the finest interior finishes, your home is built to reflect your specific lifestyle.

Yes. Our in-house design team streamlines the transition from your initial vision to structural blueprints. We also offer dedicated design consulting for an additional fee. This service helps you navigate every selection, from exterior masonry and roofing to interior cabinetry, lighting, and color palettes.
Design & Customization

Not necessarily. We offer three flexible paths to help you get started:
Build on your lot: If you already own property, we will conduct a site visit to evaluate the build requirements.
Purchase our land: We maintain an inventory of premium lots in sought-after locations along the Wasatch Front.
Land acquisition: If you have a specific area in mind but haven’t found a lot, our team can help you identify and purchase the right property for your vision.

Your home will be overseen by one of our full-time project managers. She or he will serve as one of your primary points of contact, coordinating with our vetted subcontractors and ensuring every phase of construction meets our exacting standards.

While every custom project is unique, construction typically takes 6 to 12 months following the completion of the design and permitting phase. Factors such as design complexity, site-specific conditions, and change requests influence the final construction schedule.

While we have a trusted network of trade partners, we are open to working with specific contractors you may already have a relationship with, provided they meet our licensing and insurance requirements. Additionally, if you have construction experience and wish to contribute sweat equity to reduce costs, we may be able to integrate that into the project plan, provided it aligns with our safety and scheduling standards.
