Celebrating Our New Headquarters: Join Us for an Open House & Community Giveback Drive

We are officially settled into our new corporate headquarters at Sandy Park Center, and we’d love to celebrate this milestone with you.

Gordon Milar Construction and Milar Capital invite our trade partners, subcontractors, Realtors, investors, neighbors, homebuyers, and community friends to join us for an afternoon open house on Thursday, Aug. 27, 2026, from 2 to 5 p.m. We’re located at 9815 South Monroe Street, Suite 100, in Sandy, Utah.

This is a casual drop-in event, so feel free to come and go as your schedule allows. While you’re here touring the new space, help yourself to some fresh cookies, savory treats, free company giveaways, and custom drinks from our dirty soda bar.

As part of our grand opening, we’re proud to partner with the Granite Education Foundation to give back to local students in the Granite School District. We have purchased supplies that will be on-site for guests to help assemble back-to-school backpacks for children in need. If you can’t participate in the school supply assembly on Aug. 27 but still want to contribute, please contact our initiative coordinator, Karen Wisan, at karen@gmilar.com.
