We are officially reaching the midpoint of the 2026 Utah Valley Parade of Homes, and the energy has been incredible. Connecting with hundreds of design enthusiasts, future homeowners, and neighbors who share a passion for home innovation, tech, and fine craftsmanship is always a highlight of the year for the Gordon Milar Construction team.
This year, we’re proud to showcase our latest custom build: Home #5, beautifully situated in the northeastern foothills of Alpine.
A Milestone Event by the Numbers
The response to the entire parade, and to our property specifically, has been impressive. We love tracking the enthusiasm of parade attendees, and the data across the valley speaks for itself.

137,000+ Total Parade Scans: Across the region, visitors are out in full force exploring the best in custom home design.
5,261 Home #5 Visits: Our team has scanned 5,261 tickets at the front door. Alpine is always a popular #uvparade destination for attendees.
268 Home #5 Digital Deep Dives: Throughout Deerfield Estate at The Cove, we placed QR codes that let visitors learn more about specific design elements, materials, and vendors. Attendees scanned those individual project codes 268 times to dive deeper into our craftsmanship.
Whether you were visiting to gather inspiration for your own home, check out the latest in custom millwork, or simply experience the views, thank you for making our property one of your stops. It has been fun to watch people with cameras and tape measures explore our home, its features, and take notes.
