It’s an exciting time of transition and growth at Gordon Milar Construction. We’re thrilled to announce that our Herriman model home — which has served as our company’s home base for many years — has been sold. While we will miss the warmth of that cozy space, its sale marks a significant milestone in our company's 29-year journey.
With the closing of the Herriman model, we have officially moved our corporate headquarters to a new, professional office space designed to better serve our clients and support our growing team. You can now find us at the Sandy Park Center.
This move brings together the Gordon Milar Construction and Milar Capital teams under one roof. By centralizing our operations in Sandy, we’re enhancing our ability to collaborate across our projects and investment strategies, ensuring that every home we build continues to meet the high standards of quality and craftsmanship that underpin our reputation.
